What is an Appraisal?
An appraisal is an unbiased opinion of value provided by an appraiser. Licensed and Certified appraisers have acquired the necessary education, training, and experience to provide market supported valuations by applying appraisal techniques.
What areas do you cover?
I currently reside in the city of Costa Mesa and my primary areas of expertise include the coastal cities of Orange County, including Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Corona del Mar, and Laguna Beach. My service area includes the entire Orange County market area including the following cities: Irvine, Garden Grove, Westminster, Fountain Valley, Santa Ana, Lake Forest, Laguna Hills, Aliso Viejo, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Coto de Caza, Ladera Ranch, San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point, San Clemente, Tustin, Orange, Anaheim, Fullerton, Anahiem Hills, and Yorba Linda. In addition to the areas noted above, I will also cover portions of Los Angeles County and Riverside County.
